PREPARATION OF ORANGE JUICE
The processing of orange juice involves the following several stages. At first, ripe oranges are harvested from the orchard and sent to the factory for processing. In the factory the fresh and juicy oranges are sorted out and the bad and rotten ones are removed. Then the good oranges are cleaned and washed well in the water and crushed in a big crushing machine in order to extract juice from them. Next, water, preservatives and syrup are mixed with the juice before it is filled in the sterilized bottles. The bottles are then properly sealed and labelled and put into the boxes for packing. At last, these boxes are dispatched to different shops in the market for sale.
