Details :
This scholarship is functional under the Backward Classes Welfare Department, this is for West Bengal students runs with an aim to provide financial assistance to SC/ST/OBC students studying in post matriculation or post-secondary level to help them to complete their education. Students of class 11th, 12th, graduation and post-graduation are eligible for this scholarship. The amount of scholarship that you can get under this programme may range from INR 160 to INR 1200.
Eligibility :
- The Applicant should have a domicile of West Bengal and belong to SC/ST/OBC category.
- The Applicant must be studying in Class 11, 12, Graduation or Postgraduation.
- The applicant's family income for SC/ST students should not exceed INR 2 Lakh to INR 2.5 Lakh per annum.
- The applicant's family income for OBC students should not exceed INR 1 Lakh per annum
