8. Muskan is sick. She could not attend the function. (Single sentences)

9. Garbage causes pollution. It may be used as a source of energy. (Join into a Single sentence)

10. The little children saw the giant. He was playing in the garden.

11. I borrowed a book from the library. I have to return it today. (Join into a Single sentence)

12. Ramesh is an excellent singer, He plays the guitar as well. (Join into a single sentence by using 'not only ' but also)

13.  He was satisfied. He accepted the proposal. (Join into a Single sentence)

14. He opened a box. He found a book. (Join with an adverbial clause)

15. He is poor. He is happy. (Join with an adverbial clause)

16. I proposed a plan. It was accepted by all. (Join with an adjective clause)
