Process of Making Guava Jelly
Guava jelly is prepared through several stages. At first, guavas are brought from the market. The fresh guavas are sorted out and the rotten ones are rejected. Then they are cleaned well in water. Next, they are boiled in the oven. Now the boiled guava is crushed and passed through a sieve.Thereafter the crushed guava is mixed with lime and boiled for a long period of time. The boiled mixture is mixed with lime and preservatives. Now it is ready to be served. The guava jelly is poured into the bottles and sealed and labeled. At last, the bottles in the boxes are dispatched to the market for sale.
